Movie Review: Central Intelligence
I went to see central intelligence in the cinema and long story short, i actually enjoyed it. Kevin Harte and The Rock are in it and even Melissa McCarthy shows her face in it!!
Normally comedy's are over sold and all the funny parts are shown in the adverts, but i was pleasantly surprised with this one. The storyline was pretty impressive: it was definitely unexpected and unpredictable at times. One things for sure, i laughed A LOT! Kevin harte just cracks me up and when he's with the rock, the two of them just have amazing on set chemistry that most actors struggle to succeed in. I'm generally not into movies like this but really enjoyed this one.
Kevin Harte and Dwayne Johnson are the perfect duo, Kevin makes up for the wit Dwayne lacks and vice versa.
When the movie had finished, i felt that it had gone so fast which is good because there's nothing worse than over cooking it. I have to confess though, i did notice a blooper in the first 10 minutes of the film and i did get a bit pissed off. But that was the only one and most people who aren't nuts wont notice it but i did. I definitely recommend people go see it! Complete mood changer and its not like any other one I've seen that i can think of.
Id rate it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. 4 being the blooper i seen and that's the only problem I had with it. Comedy gold! The producer did a good job i must say.
